The customer must be aged 18 or over to purchase any items via our webshop. VAT, value added tax, is included in the price. happygomappy.com reserves the right to change product prices and shipping costs.

ORDERS

Products are ordered in the webshop by adding them to shopping bag and paying products online via web payment. All personal data of customers is processed confidentially. Personal data collected during order process is only used for shipment or for investigation of possible difficulties concerning the order unless otherwise specified. You agree to read and understand the existing terms and conditions of sale when purchasing via our webshop.

CONFIRMATION OF ORDER AND PAYMENT

After receiving your order we promptly send you order confirmation by email. You should always check your order information carefully. Should you have any questions or hesitations, please contact our customer service right away. Retain the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service and keep your customer number and order number on hand when calling customer service. Always check that order confirmation and products delivered match each other.

ABOUT DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIME

We have free delivery in all orders. Orders with several posters are sent in one mailing tube if possible, unless something else is agreed with customer.

Products are normally delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Shall there be delays we inform customer as soon as possible. Design your own poster –poster has same delivery time, delivery time starting from the moment customer has approved draft. happygomappy.com is not liable for any delays caused by force majeure, i.e. circumstances beyond happygomappy.com webshops’s control.

RETURNS AND TERMS OF RETURNING

We offer a 14 days refund if you change your mind. Items must be returned unused and undamaged, ready for sale. Returns happen at customer’s own expense and at own risk. Before returning any item please contact us per e-mail: hello@happygomappy.com.

Design your own poster –items are excluded from the 14-day-refund. We reserve right to add custom items to our webshop for sale.

In case of canceling the transaction we fully refund your purchase without any delay, however, at latest within 14 days after receiving your notice of cancellation. Same transaction method customer has used in his/her transaction is used when returning payment in case nothing else is agreed with us.

Customer must send the item to be returned back to us without any delay and at latest within 14 days after making the notice of cancellation.

In case item is left uncollected

Customer gets arrival notice from courier when ordered items are ready to be collected. If the item is not collected within the storage period it will be returned back to the sender. If the item is returned to us, we are not liable for the costs of resending the item to customer. In case customer has given false contact information or customer for some reason does not receive arrival notice, will customer be liable for all resending expenses. Customer can follow transmission of the item with the tracking code we provide. If the package is returned to us without being collected and the customer does not wish it to be re-shipped, we will not refund possible shipping costs.

Please note that courier storages packages max 14 days!

PROBLEMS?

In case the item disappears or is damaged during transportation or does not correspond to your order, you must contact us in writing within 14 days to the address mentioned in Returns and Terms of Returning. If the package is clearly damaged you must immediately make a complaint to the shipping company of your choice.
