It’s the most wonderful time... Isn’t it?
If you’re a decorator and Christmas enthusiast by heart, I’m pretty sure you agree. I just LOVE Christmas and would start decorating already in October, if I would dare.
Well, this year I started in November.
Different types of Christmas décor
Elegant
To make your Christmas home elegant, simplified and breathtaking at the same time, use pure colors, natural materials and clean lines. Decorate with only one or two colors: black and white, black and gold or white and silver. Or use sprigs, pinecones and gift wrap made of jute fabric to make Christmas décor with a natural look.

Over the top
If you think more is more, you can frost and glaze everything with Christmas. This calls for a huge tree with candy canes, ornaments, lights, stars, gingerbreads, angels, doves, baubles and all the other Christmas-related things you can think of.
The rest of the home can be filled with different kinds of Christmassy nick-nacks, Christmas tablecloths, Christmas carpets, Christmas curtains and, of course, more lights. There can’t be enough lights.
Personal Christmas décor
If you’re handy and artistic, you can craft your own Christmas wreaths and cut snowflakes from white paper. Bake some gingerbread cookies, decorate, and hang them in your tree. Let your imagination run wild or search for hacks online.
